Project Instructions
Team Formation: Form teams comprising of 3-5 members. Ensure that each team Product/Service
Selection: Choose a product or service that will serve as the focus of your marketing campaign. It can be a new product/service or an existing one that requires repositioning or rejuvenation.
Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand the target audience, competition, market trends, and customer preferences. Analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) associated with the chosen product/service.
Campaign Development: Based on the research and analysis, develop a comprehensive marketing campaign that includes the following components:
Clearly define your campaign's objectives and goals.
Identify the target audience and their specific characteristics.
Develop key messages and positioning for the product/service.
Determine appropriate marketing channels and tactics to reach the target audience effectively.
Allocate a budget and resources for the campaign.
Establish metrics and measurements to evaluate the campaign's success.
Pitch Presentation: Prepare a persuasive and engaging pitch presentation to showcase your marketing campaign to the instructor and class. Highlight the key components and unique selling propositions of your campaign. Use visual aids, such as slides or multimedia, to enhance your presentation.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Ensure active participation and effective collaboration among team members throughout the project. Allocate tasks, set deadlines, and maintain open communication channels.
